DEVELOP CENTS CELEBRATES 2 YEARS
Launches New Website

For two years, Develop CENTS has made its vision a reality: empower organizations who empower their communities.

“Develop CENTS has always been responsive to our needs as a small nonprofit,” said Evan Donovan, web developer at Tech Mission. “They have helped us immensely with issues like Web server security updates and PCI compliance.”

Develop CENTS is Chattanooga’s only IT consulting company that specializes in working with non-profits, serving as the link between community development and developing technology.

CENTS is an acronym for Computing, Equipping, Networking, Training and Supporting. The company offers IT consulting, web hosting and workshops to nonprofit organizations and small businesses.

“Just as our clients are committed to the betterment of their communities, we are committed to helping these organizations use technology more efficiently and effectively,” said David White, Founder and CEO of Develop CENTS.

Since its formation as an LLC in January 2013, the company’s professional affiliates include the United Way’s Center for Nonprofits, the Chattanooga Technology Council and the Chattanooga Chamber of Commerce.

In honor of its two-year anniversary, Develop CENTS is launching a newly redesigned website.

After graduating from Covenant College with a B.A. in Community Development, David spent a year working for AmeriCorps in Boston, followed by a stint at a Drupal services company. He then returned to Chattanooga, where he spent two years as an Internal Technical Support Specialist and Infrastructure Engineer before launching Develop CENTS in 2013, making his dream a reality.
